SOX Expert software can be used for:

SOX Expert software consists of the software files and templates indicated below. All are Microsoft Excel files. The templates have various data fields indicated representing information about the controls in the various processes of your organization. The templates have visual cues to alert the user when a required data field is not completed – it will be highlighted in YELLOW. Certain data fields have a limited choice of responses in order to provide consistency across all Governance Risk and Complaince (GRC) documentation.

SOX Expert Provided Files:

The SOX Expert templates, which may have a version # after them, that you will receive are as follows:

  • RCM Template
  • PRA Template
  • SOX Expert Template
  • User Specified Data Template
  • Final Template
